Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Working Days: Monday - Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

Job Summary

• The Customer Service Personnel will be responsible for attending to customers, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
• The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and able to maintain a clean and organized retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information.
• Promote and sell products effectively to meet sales targets.
• Process transactions using POS systems.
• Package purchased items neatly and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (competence is key).
• Basic computer literacy (ability to use POS systems).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales and persuasion skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.

Salary
N140,000 - N150,000 monthly.
