Description

• A Blistering Operator would be responsible for operating and monitoring blister packaging machines to ensure products are properly sealed, packed, and meet quality standards.
• The operator would ensuresmooth machine performance, minimizes downtime, and follows safety and production procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate blister packaging machines according to production schedules.
• Set up machines for different product sizes and packaging specifications.
• Monitor machine performance during operation.
• Inspect blister packs for sealing quality, alignment, and product accuracy.
• Remove defective packs and report machine faults immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.
• Record daily production output and downtime.
• Carry out minor machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
• Follow company safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
• Ensure materials used for packaging are available and correctly loaded.
