Job Description
- The Recruitment Officer is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for security roles, while ensuring all applicants meet organizational standards and pass required background checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process to onboarding.
- Verify candidates’ credentials, employment history, and references.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Collaborate with HR and operations for smooth hiring and deployment.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant experience in recruitment (security industry is an advantage).
- Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
