Job Description

• The Recruitment Officer is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for security roles, while ensuring all applicants meet organizational standards and pass required background checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process to onboarding.
• Verify candidates’ credentials, employment history, and references.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Collaborate with HR and operations for smooth hiring and deployment.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant experience in recruitment (security industry is an advantage).
• Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
