Job Description

• The Vetting Officer is responsible for conducting background checks and verifying the credentials of security personnel to ensure integrity and compliance.
• The role involves field verification using a motorbike and close collaboration with HR and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct background checks on recruits, staff, clients, and contractors.
• Carry out field verification and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate vetting records and reports.
• Support investigations, audits, and internal coordination.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND qualification.
• Experience in vetting or verification is an advantage.
• Ability to ride a motorbike and good knowledge of local areas.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours.
