Description
- Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong track record delivering high-value real estate or construction projects?
- We are looking for a results-driven professional to lead projects from concept to completion across premium residential and commercial developments in Lagos.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end real estate development projects — from planning to delivery
- Drive execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, QS, contractors)
- Oversee contract negotiation, procurement, and vendor management
- Conduct site supervision, ensuring compliance, quality, and safety standards
- Monitor project budgets, track performance, and report directly to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years’ experience in construction / real estate project management
- Background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Proven experience delivering commercial or residential developments
- Strong expertise in contract management, procurement, and site execution
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in tools like MS Project.
