Job Title: Recovery Officer
Locations: Berger / Mowe, Ikorodu, Agbara - Lagos, Ilorin - Kwara, Akure - Ondo, Sagamu - Ogun, , Osogbo - Osun, Ado-Ekiti - Ekiti and Ifo - Ogun

Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to customers with delinquent loan accounts to facilitate timely recovery of outstanding debts.
- Engage customers professionally to assess repayment capacity and negotiate realistic repayment plans.
- Follow up consistently with customers to ensure adherence to agreed repayment schedules.
- Accurately document all recovery activities, customer interactions, and payment updates using approved systems.
- Identify high-risk, overdue, and non-performing accounts and escalate in line with company procedures.
- Ensure all recovery actions comply with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and relevant laws.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve assigned recovery targets and improve portfolio performance.
- Trace and locate customers when necessary using available tools and field intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or OND / HND in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in loan recovery, debt collection, or a similar role (preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet recovery targets.
- Good knowledge of local routes and ability to navigate efficiently.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle (bike) and possess a valid rider’s permit/license.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and reporting tools.
- High level of integrity, persistence, and problem-solving skills.

N150,000 - N180,000 / month.
