Job Title: Real Estate Sales Advisor

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Real Estate Investment Advisor with proven expertise in selling luxury properties and closing high-value deals.
  • The ideal candidate must have an established network of high-net-worth individuals and a strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert high-net-worth individuals into property investors
  • Present and sell luxury residential and investment properties
  • Structure and close high-value real estate transactions
  • Provide strategic investment advisory services to clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights on premium property trends
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in luxury real estate sales or property investment advisory
  • Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals
  • Robust network of high-net-worth individuals and corporate investors
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused
  • Deep understanding of the Lagos luxury real estate market.

Salary
N400,000 - N800,000 per month (depending on experience with Attractive Benefits & Performance Incentives).
