Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and highly organized Experiential Account Executive to serve as the primary link between clients and our internal teams.
  • In this role, you will drive seamless communication, exceptional service delivery, and the successful execution of experiential campaigns and projects.
  • You will combine client relationship management, project leadership, and strategic thinking to deliver outstanding results and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling strategies and proposal documents in response to client briefs.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of client projects with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate and lead production meetings internally and with clients.
  • Oversee multiple projects, events, and activations simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Prepare comprehensive post-project reports including insights, research, and analysis.
  • Facilitate project debrief sessions and ensure learnings are documented and shared.
  • Deliver high-quality service that strengthens client relationships and drives repeat business.
  • Ensure strict adherence to campaign budgets, reconciliation processes, and cost control measures.
