We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Supervisor

Location: Ilorin, Kwara 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards and personnel.
• Monitor and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure safety and security compliance.
• Manage shift schedules, attendance, and deployment of security staff.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security records.
• Ensure all security equipment (CCTV, alarms, communication devices) is functional.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND, HND, or equivalent qualification.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical fitness and alertness.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 monthly.
