Job Title: Outdoor Sales Representative (Female)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Outdoor Sales Representative to promote and sell ceramic products to customers across assigned territories.
• The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a ceramic company, with strong client relationship skills and the ability to expand market presence and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s ceramic products to retailers, contractors, and end customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct regular market visits to increase product visibility and brand awareness.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Provide product information, quotations, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and updates to management.
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions and field activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, specifically within a ceramic company (mandatory).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of ceramic products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good knowledge of Lekki and surrounding areas.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
