Job Title: Health Officer

Location: Airport Road, Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a caring and proactive School Health Officer to support the health and well-being of students and staff.
• The ideal candidate will promote healthy practices, provide basic medical care, and ensure a safe school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid and attend to minor health issues.
• Monitor students’ health and maintain accurate health records.
• Promote hygiene and health awareness among students and staff.
• Conduct routine health checks and screenings.
• Ensure the school complies with health and safety standards.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate referrals when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
• Valid professional license or certification (where applicable).
• Knowledge of school health programs and safety practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle children with care and professionalism.
• Previous experience in a school or similar environment is an added advantage.
