We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Pick-Up Station Representative
Location: Igando, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming parcels for customer pickup
- Verify customer identity and ensure accurate parcel handover
- Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing packages
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic inquiries or complaints
- Ensure the station is clean, organized, and secure at all times
- Track and report daily transactions and inventory
- Coordinate with the operations team on delivery and return processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification or equivalent
- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, retail, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, mobile apps, etc.)
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must reside in or be proximate to Igando, Lagos state, and its environs
- Must be willing to resume immediately.
Salary
N50,000 per month.
