We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions within our organization.
  • The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a sales-driven or pharmaceutical company and be capable of managing workforce operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
  • Implement and monitor performance management systems (especially for sales teams)
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs
  • Manage compensation, payroll inputs, and sales incentive structures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain HR records and provide management reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–6 years proven HR experience
  • Mandatory experience in a Sales company or Pharmaceutical industry
  • Professional certification (CIPM is an added advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience managing field/territory staff is an advantage
  • Leadership and people management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 (Negotiable) monthly
