Job Title: Waitress

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Waitress will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
• The ideal candidate should be courteous, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Major Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a professional manner
• Take and serve food and drink orders accurately
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set
• Respond promptly to customer requests and complaints
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area
• Work with other staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE
• Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
• Customer-focused and friendly attitude.
