Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) outlet.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong background in QSR supervision, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Applicants must reside on the Island, possess strong organizational abilities, and be capable of maintaining high service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency.
• Oversee and support staff performance, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service and promptly handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure accurate order processing and timely service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, restocking, and usage of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.
• Participate in staff training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure the restaurant environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
• Support management in driving sales, maintaining outlet standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND or B.Sc Degree in any relevant field.
• 2 - 3 years proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and result-oriented.
• Must reside on the Island or within close proximity to the outlet.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Salary
N180,000 monthly.
