We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Interior Design Architect

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Interior Design Architect

• An Interior Design Architect is responsible for designing and executing interior spaces that are functional, structurally sound, and aesthetically appealing.
• The role combines architectural knowledge with interior design expertise to create cohesive and practical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations).
• Modify and design interior structural elements (walls, ceilings, partitions).
• Select and specify materials, finishes, lighting, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise project execution.
• Prepare presentations and design proposals for clients.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design.

Strong proficiency in:

• AutoCAD / Revit
• SketchUp / Vray
• 3Ds Max
• Corona.
