Job Title: IVMS Tracking Operations Analyst
Location: Head Office, Lagos
Job Summary
- An operational role focused on real-time fleet monitoring using GPS Tracking and camera surveillance, basic data entry, and adherence to control room protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track assigned trucks in real-time via GPS systems.
- Conduct live camera surveillance to verify vehicle, driver, and site safety.
- Use Nova Applications, Excel, and SAP to analyze tracking data and generate reports.
- Record and manage timings for 250+ trucks per 12-hour shift.
- Handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
- Communicate effectively through emails, Teams, and other internal/external channels.
- Ensure compliance with company data security and control room policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant operational/monitoring experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel, computer applications, and GPS tracking software.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts with discipline and integrity.
