Job Summary

• We're looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategy & execution for banking, insurance, asset management, and advisory roles
• Build strong pipelines for top talent in financial services
• Sell and market recruitment opportunities to high-performing professionals
• Drive recruitment marketing initiatives on LinkedIn and other digital platforms
• Achieve monthly sales target of N200,000

Requirements

• 4-6 years recruitment experience in financial services
• Strong LinkedIn network (5,000+ connections)
• Proven sales and recruitment experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
