Responsibilities
Sales Strategy, Revenue Growth & Market Expansion:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging markets to expand the company’s footprint.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Client Acquisition, Relationship Management & Retention:
- Lead client acquisition efforts, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through consistent engagement and value delivery.
Pipeline Management & Sales Operations:
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion, ensuring consistent deal flow.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
Negotiation, Contracts & Deal Structuring:
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Draft, review, and finalize commercial agreements in line with company policies.
- Ensure all business transactions comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales/business development team to achieve targets.
- Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
Partnerships, Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align business strategies.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to drive business growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking forums.
Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement:
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and strategies for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and market expansion.
