Role Overview
- We are seeking an intelligent, presentable, and proactive Project Manager – Capacity Building to coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing training projects, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery of capacity-building programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee training projects within Abuja and across Nigeria.
- Liaise with international partners, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure successful program delivery.
- Manage project timelines, logistics, and reporting requirements.
- Represent the company professionally in all engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience coordinating training or capacity-building projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Presentable, confident, and adaptable to diverse environments.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary: N250,000 - N400,000 / month.
