Job Title: Business Development Manager (Cold Chain Long Haulage as a Service)

Job Summary
- We are hiring a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead and grow the Cold Chain Long Haulage as a Service (LHaaS) division.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring high-volume B2B clients, securing long-term haulage contracts, and building a strong pipeline for temperature-controlled logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and onboard manufacturers and distributors dealing in temperature-sensitive goods such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, dairy, and frozen foods
- Develop and present compelling proposals, negotiate pricing, and secure long-term haulage contracts (SLAs)
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while ensuring all activities and client interactions are properly tracked
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to maintain a competitive and profitable position
- Act as the key liaison between clients and operations to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
- Grow existing accounts by increasing haulage volume and strengthening client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management
- Experience in Cold Chain, FMCG, Perishables, or Pharmaceutical supply chains
- Proven experience using CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong industry network within FMCG, dairy, frozen food, or pharma sectors is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
