Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Description
- We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead sales team for our pharmaceutical products.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by creating demand, generating leads, and supporting sales teams with effective strategies and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate sales activities within the region to achieve the agreed sales budget
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or any science-related field
- Minimum of 28 and maximum of 35 years of age
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or demand generation
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical markets and healthcare industry dynamics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy
- Good sense of dressing and professional appearance
- Ability to drive with valid driving license.
