Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

Description

• We are seeking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our sales company as a Customer Service Officer.
• The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and support the sales team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support the sales team with order processing and client follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide information about company products and services.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in any field
• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical sales environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other applications.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation.
• Professionalism and ability to interact effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, healthcare systems, or medical terminology is an added advantage.
