About the job
- We are currently recruiting qualified candidates for Sales Manager position.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Bluetti’s sales team to drive sales growth, manage sales operations, build strong client relationships, and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow Bluetti’s presence in assigned regions.
- Monitor sales performance and report insights to senior management.
- Lead, manage, mentor, and motivate a team.
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to ensure high performance.
- Set sales targets and track team achievements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and recommend sales strategies.
- Oversee promotional campaigns, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients and secure large-scale sales deals.
- Ensure the team follows up on all sales leads and closes deals efficiently.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales
- Must have worked as a manager for at least 5 years within the renewable solar energy sector (Please note: This is a mandatory requirement, please do not apply if you don’t have this experience).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and manage a multi-state sales team.
