Job Summary
- We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/SSCE/GCE/NECO/HND/BA/B.Sc in any discipline
- 0–2 years experience in customer service or related field (fresh graduates can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be resident in Lagos or willing to relocate .
