We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Janitorial Coordinator

Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of janitors and cleaning staff across assigned locations.
• Prepare and manage cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are serviced effectively.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleaning standards meet company and client expectations.
• Supervise and guide janitorial staff on proper cleaning procedures and use of equipment.
• Ensure adequate supply and proper usage of cleaning chemicals, tools, and consumables.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance at assigned facilities.
• Address and resolve cleaning-related issues or complaints from clients promptly.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, supplies usage, and staff deployment.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Report operational updates, challenges, and incidents to the Facility Manager.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding and training new janitorial staff.
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean, safe, and organized at all times.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
