Job Description
- We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive product awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product marketing, preferably within a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns and promotional activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Drive brand awareness and product positioning across target markets
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
- Manage advertising, digital marketing, and field activation campaigns
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans
- Oversee marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing (preferably pharmaceutical or sales industry)
- Proven experience in product management and brand development
- Strong understanding of market research and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Must be result-oriented and innovative
