We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Support workforce planning in line with business needs.
• Implement and monitor performance management systems and appraisal processes.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to improve employee capability.
• Oversee HR administration, employee records, and documentation.
• Support compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination.
• Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years HR experience, preferably within the oil and gas or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
• Professional certification (CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM) is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
