Job Title: Young Operation Manager & Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations.
• Execute day-to-day operations, working with the operations team.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Enhance customer service quality and satisfaction.
• Execute compliance with organizational processes in line with legal regulations
• Generate periodic reports of activities for necessary management action.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Second Class Upper degree from a reputable University in any discipline.
• 5-10 years relevant experience in operations management in FMCG, telecoms, or a multinational environment.
• Must be ready to work in any part of the country
• Proficiency in the computer office package: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, such as communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
