Job Summary

  • A Sales and Marketing Executive in a real estate company drives revenue and brand growth by developing strategic property marketing plans, conducting market research, and actively selling real estate offerings.
  • They generate leads, manage client relationships, promote property listings, and analyze performance metrics to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify new business opportunities, present property offerings, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including digital content, print materials, and property events.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitors, analyze customer trends, and identify market opportunities to inform strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate client records, track sales performance, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within real estate.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and negotiations.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and market trends to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Technology: Proficiency in CRM systems and social media marketing platforms.

Salary
N250,000 - N600,000 monthly.
