We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Operations Associate / Intern
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and execution of maternal health programs and outreach activities
- Assist in managing logistics for antenatal care initiatives, community visits, and health campaigns
- Maintain accurate data on program activities, beneficiaries, and outcomes
- Support field teams/officers working with pregnant women, nursing mothers, and healthcare providers
- Assist in organizing trainings, workshops, and community engagement sessions
- Coordinate with healthcare partners, midwives, and clinics
- Monitor program implementation and report operational challenges
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with operational processes
- Provide general administrative and operational support in HelpMum.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or current student in Public Health, Nursing, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in maternal and child health
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in both office and field environments.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
