Job Title: Quotation Specialist

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

 Job Description

• Prepare and manage customer quotations, ensure accuracy in pricing, and support conversion of quotes into purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Generate and submit quotations promptly.
• Ensure prices are accurate and competitive.
• Keep records of all quotes and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for cost inputs.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

• 2–5 years in sales support, procurement, or quotation management.
• Familiar with Port Harcourt Tools Markets like Ikoku, St.Johan, Mile 3, Mile 1, etc.

Skills:

• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Clear communication and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM or quotation tools.
• Basic negotiation support.
• Ability to learn fast and free from supervision.

Other Requirements:

• Integrity and accuracy in handling quotes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Remuneration

•  N60,000 - N100,000 monthly.
