Description

  • HelpMum is looking for a Senior Associate (Partnerships & Growth)
  • To lead and drive strategic partnerships, fundraising, and growth opportunities across our programs and innovations
  • This role is critical to expanding our reach, strengthening collaborations, and ensuring sustainable growth of our work in maternal and child health.

About the Role

  • The Senior Associate will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing partnerships with donors, governments, NGOs, and private sector stakeholders.
  • You will play a key role in positioning HelpMum for funding opportunities, strategic collaborations, and long-term scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new funding opportunities (grants, partnerships, strategic collaborations)
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including donors, foundations, and government partners
  • Lead proposal development and support fundraising efforts
  • Drive partnership strategies that align with HelpMum’s mission and growth plans
  • Manage and grow existing partnerships to ensure long-term value
  • Support expansion into new regions and markets
  • Represent HelpMum in meetings, events, and external engagements
  • Track partnership pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, or related roles (preferably in development or healthcare sectors)
  • Strong experience working with donors, NGOs, or international development organizations
  • Proven track record of securing partnerships or funding
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong writing skills (especially for proposals and reports)
  • Ability to work independently and drive results
  • Passion for healthcare, social impact, and innovation.
