- Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Business Analyst Manager to lead a high-performing team in identifying and implementing data-driven solutions.
- The role is ideal for a leader capable of translating business objectives into actionable initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving profitability within a retail chain superstore environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and recruit a team of Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and professional growth-oriented environment.
- Oversee requirements gathering for complex projects and ensure standards for documentation (use cases, user stories, process flows) are maintained.
- Translate strategic goals from senior management into actionable projects and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
- Ensure the team conducts thorough data analysis and utilizes visualization tools to track KPIs and inform business decisions.
- Manage the team’s project portfolio to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets stakeholder requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-8years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Deep understanding of the retail industry (supply chain, inventory, merchandising).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of business process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Professional certifications (CBAP, CCBA, or PMP) are a plus.
