Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Facility Officer/Manager will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of all organizational facilities, ensuring a conducive work environment and optimal asset utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and utilities management
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules
  • Develop and manage facility budgets and cost controls
  • Coordinate space allocation and office logistics
  • Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies
  • Conduct preventive maintenance checks monthly.
  • Manage fuel, power, and utility usage efficiently.
  • Maintain a comprehensive asset register updated quarterly.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
