Job Summary
- We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Branch Managers to support branch operations across multiple locations in the automotive/tyres industry.
- The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of supervising staff while ensuring operational efficiency, excellent customer service, and achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.
- Supervise and mentor branch staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Drive sales, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Monitor and maintain branch operational efficiency and performance.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle customer complaints, queries, and service issues professionally.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of branch staff.
- Prepare reports on branch performance, operational metrics, and staff performance for management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Management, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N200,000 per month.
