Job Title: Front Office Executive

Locations: Ikeja & Apapa - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart and professional Front Office Executive with at least 2 years of experience to manage the front desk, handle customer interactions, and provide administrative support.
  • The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Handle correspondence and documentation
  • Maintain front desk area and office appearance
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams
  • Manage office supplies and basic record keeping

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any related field
  • At least 2 years experience in a front desk or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good appearance and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
