Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart and professional Front Office Executive with at least 2 years of experience to manage the front desk, handle customer interactions, and provide administrative support.
- The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle correspondence and documentation
- Maintain front desk area and office appearance
- Provide administrative support to internal teams
- Manage office supplies and basic record keeping
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any related field
- At least 2 years experience in a front desk or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good appearance and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
