Guest Service Agent at Carlson Hotel

Carlson Hotel is a four-star hotel located inside Osborne Phase 2, Ikoyi with 22 rooms, swimming and a gym.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Guest Service Agent

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Information & Assistance: Answering inquiries about hotel facilities, local attractions, transportation, and handling special requests (e.g., wake-up calls).
• Problem-Solving: Addressing guest complaints professionally and acting as a liaison between guests and staff.
• Guest Service: Welcoming guests warmly, managing check-ins/check-outs, allocating rooms, and issuing keys.
• Reservations & Admin: Managing bookings, cancellations, and updating room availability in the hotel management software.
• Cashier Duties: Processing payments, handling credit cards, and ensuring billing accuracy.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 years experience.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
