Carlson Hotel is a four-star hotel located inside Osborne Phase 2, Ikoyi with 22 rooms, swimming and a gym.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

• Service Delivery: Delivering food and drinks promptly, serving according to hotel standards, and checking on customer satisfaction.
• Station Maintenance: Setting up dining areas, clearing tables, cleaning, and sanitizing to maintain sanitation standards.
• Billing & Payments: Preparing accurate bills, processing payments (cash/card), and resolving any billing issues.
• Communication: Coordinating with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Guest Service: Welcoming guests, offering menus, explaining daily specials, and providing recommendations.
• Order Management :Taking accurate food and beverage orders, using POS systems, and relaying orders to the kitchen..

Salary
N70,000 per month.
