Job Title: Fulfillment Officer

Location: Lekki / Victoria Island (VI) - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Shift-Based (Monday – Saturday)

Job Summary

• We are seeking smart, detail-oriented Fulfillment Officers responsible for accurate packaging, sealing, and handover of orders to dispatch riders. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in fulfillment, logistics, or retail operations, ensuring orders are prepared correctly and efficiently for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and properly seal customer orders for dispatch
• Ensure all items are accurate, complete, and in good condition before handover
• Label packages correctly and prepare them for easy identification and delivery
• Coordinate with dispatch riders for timely pickup of orders
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area
• Monitor and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items
• Ensure adherence to company packaging and quality standards
• Support inventory checks related to outgoing orders

• Order Accuracy Rate (error-free packaging)
• Speed of Fulfillment (timely order preparation)
• Dispatch Efficiency (on-time rider handover)

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND in any relevant field
• Proven experience in fulfillment, dispatch, logistics, or retail store operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Physically fit and able to handle packaging tasks
• Must be smart, proactive, and reliable.
