We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Credit Officer

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and assess applicants financial situations.
• Determine loan eligibilty and recommend appropriate loan products.
• Manage loan disbursement,collections, and repayment schedules.
• Provide financial advice and support to clients
• Maintain accurate records and documtation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve loan portfolio targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Microfinance sector.
• Strong understanding of loan origination and management processes
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to assess creditworthiness and mitigate risk.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and documentation.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
