International Golden Edge Trading (IGET) Limited is an e-commerce startup in Nigeria with operations in different locations in Nigeria.

Job Title: Order Fulfilment Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable Order Fulfilment Officer to handle customer orders, coordinate with dispatch riders and merchants, resolve delivery-related issues promptly, and maintain excellent communication to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Package customers' orders accurately, ensuring timely pickup and delivery updates to customers and merchants.
• Resolve delivery complaints and escalate unresolved cases to the operations team where necessary.
• Communicate effectively with riders to ensure orders are handled professionally and on schedule.
• Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions, delivery issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure customers are regularly updated on order status and delivery timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND in any field
• 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics, e-commerce, environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.
