Role Overview

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary and secondary market research using surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
  • Collect, clean, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in market research or business intelligence
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, survey tools, and data visualization software -Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
