We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Gas Plant Supervisor

Locations: Adamawa, Jigawa and Katsina
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are seeking experienced and competent individuals to fill the position of LPG (Gas) Plant Supervisor across our plants in Jigawa, Adamawa, and Katsina.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the LPG plant to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Supervise plant staff and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
• Monitor gas storage, dispensing, and distribution processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on plant equipment.
• Manage stock levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of LPG inventory.
• Coordinate loading and offloading of gas products.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions.
• Ensure proper training and discipline of plant staff.
• Identify potential hazards and implement risk control and mitigation measures.
• Oversee emergency response preparedness, including fire drills and evacuation procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in LPG plant operations or similar role
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
