Job Title: Female Personal Assistant to the CEO
Location: Ojodu Berger & Environs, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Job Description
- Are you highly organized, proactive, and ready to work closely with top-level management? We are looking for a smart, reliable, and professional Personal Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Coordinate activities and ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role and must not be less than 21 years not more than 30 years
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google tools, scheduling apps)
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Highly organized, neat, and professional in conduct
- Must reside in Ojodu Berger or nearby areas
- Available to resume immediately
- Must be willing to commit for at least one year.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
