Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Officer to drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing customer relationships.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s financial products, identifying business opportunities, and delivering exceptional client service in line with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for the company’s financial products and services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Product Promotion & Sales Execution:
- Promote the company’s offerings, including loans, investment products, and other financial solutions.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with clients to close deals.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal credit and risk policies.
Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide tailored financial solutions based on client needs and financial profiles.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Recommend improvements to products and services based on market feedback.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and transaction documentation.

- Monthly and quarterly sales targets achievement

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field with 2–4 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of financial products and credit processes is a must.
