Job Description
- Finance Assistant supports the finance team by handling daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintai n accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Process supplier invoices
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash transactions.
- Provide documentation and support during internal/external audits
- Maintain filing systems for financial documents.
- Support the finance manager with ad hoc tasks and projects.
