Job Title: Internal Control Officer

Job Description
- Our client is seeking to hire a competent and detail-oriented Internal Control Officer to strengthen internal processes, ensure compliance, and improve accountability across its pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate internal control systems across pharmacy operations.
- Conduct routine checks on cash handling, sales records, and reconciliation.
- Review inventory records and stock movement to prevent losses and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
- Carry out periodic internal audits on financial and operational activities.
- Investigate irregularities and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation and authorization of transactions.
- Prepare internal control and audit reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years experience in internal control, audit, or finance (experience in retail/pharmacy is an added advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
