Job Title: Construction / Facility Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are recruiting two (2) skilled Construction / Facility Managers to oversee all building, renovation, and facility maintenance activities across various locations. Ideal candidates must be technically grounded and capable of coordinating end-to-end project and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction, renovation, and facility management projects
• Conduct routine facility inspections and ensure timely repairs
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal project teams
• Prepare reports, project updates, and cost estimates
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related fields with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Construction industry experience is an added advantage
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
