Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented professional to support daily operations across our digital sales channels and IT services. This role involves managing customer interactions, processing and tracking orders, maintaining online accounts, and providing timely support to clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders from multiple online channels
  • Monitor and update account listings, inventory, and order statuses
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and messaging platforms
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers
  • Handle customer issues, returns, and complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and updates
  • Assist with basic IT support inquiries and escalate technical issues when needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance

Mandatory Requirement (Read Carefully)

  • This is a Strict requirement
  • You must have 10 hours uninterrupted power and internet service
  • Functional laptop with good internet and power backup

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or virtual assistance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of inquiries
  • Comfortable working with online systems, dashboards, and tools
  • Basic understanding of IT services or willingness to learn
  • Reliable internet connection and consistent power supply
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

N100,000 after probation and training.
